config r1 & r2 to advertise the ip address of their e0/0 int as a
default gateway to r3. If r1 goes down then r2 should be used.
keep advertisements for 5 seconds, max interval 5 sec, min interval 3
sec. do not use static routes, HSRP, VRRP or GLBP.
